Which options do I pick?
In the TikTok app, open Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Account → Download your data (on the web: Settings → Download your data), and select:
- All data
- File format: JSON
- Request data

Wait until the file is ready
TikTok needs a few hours, sometimes up to a few days. The file then appears under “Download data” and stays available for 4 days.
