2. Using the tools

Export files you select are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us. If you choose to save a result, it is stored only in your browser, and you can delete it there at any time.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Berlin, Germany, on our behalf. When you visit it, technical access data (such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information) is processed to deliver the website and keep it secure, and is deleted after a limited period. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Storage on your device

We store settings you choose (for example the color theme) and, if enabled, saved results in your browser's local storage. This is necessary for the functions you request (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Further cookies are used only as described in sections 5 and 6.

5. Consent management, analytics and advertising

We use services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland: Google's consent management tool, Google Analytics and Google AdSense. They use cookies and similar technologies to measure usage and to display and measure ads, which may be personalized. Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the USA; transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Where required, these services store or read information on your device only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Website statistics

For statistics and to improve the website, we use our own analytics software on servers in Germany. It records how the website is used in pseudonymized form, without cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can object at any time, for example by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser.

7. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Mainz. We do not use automated decision-making.
