Which options do I pick?
In Instagram, open Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Export your information → Create export → your Instagram profile, and select:
- Export to device
- Followers and following
- Format: JSON
- Date range: All time

Instagram usually needs a few minutes, sometimes a few hours. Then download the ZIP from the link in the email.

Only the account names are stored, in this browser. That's how the next analysis can show who unfollowed you.
